Our stay here was lovely, comfortable base for exploring Middlesbrough. We enjoyed cereal, toast and biscuits at breakfast. The location was handy, just a short stroll away from Fruit.

Great place to stay, fairly clean, everything was very clean. Pleasant staff, answered all questions. The full English breakfast was gorgeous, had cereal, toast and biscuits.

The staff was attentive, the accommodation was pleasant and fairly clean. We liked to spend 3 days in our en suite twin room with tea/coffee, a lamp shade on the room plus four single beds.

Everything exceeded all expectations, I would stay here again. The place was brand-new and clean. Rooms were lovely and en suite. The facilities were clean and easy to use.

This was a quiet little property with a lovely pool. I liked tea, cereal, toast, yoghourt and eggs for continental breakfast, overall the food was good! Clean beach was located near the venue.

I enjoyed the beds, they were exceptionally comfortable, and how supportive the staff was. Warm unit. They made my stay fantastic. Lots of food for breakfast including cereal, toast and biscuits.
